Our office for Modern V R Security Force is right in Prakash Nagar, Begumpet. It’s at 1-8-506/1/A. It is a busy part of Secunderabad, so there is always someone coming or going. We have guards coming in for their shifts and people looking for work sitting in the waiting area. The walls are covered with duty rosters and lists of names. It’s not a very quiet place because the phones are always ringing with someone calling out or asking for a replacement. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many people to manage, it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. I spend a lot of time checking IDs and making sure the uniforms are clean before the guys head out. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the landlord is a decent fellow. Begumpet traffic is always a mess, so I usually tell the staff to leave early if they want to be on time. We have a small pantry where we make tea for the night shift guys. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. We don't do much marketing, mostly just word of mouth from other businesses around here who know we are local. It’s a tough job but it pays the bills and keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
