Swetha Granite Industries is located over in Mankammathota, Karimnagar. The address is 7-1-761. We’ve been operating in this part of town for years. It's an industrial kind of setup. We have machines for cutting and polishing the granite. It’s noisy and there’s always water and stone dust everywhere. That’s just how it is when you’re making slabs. We don't have a fancy front office. Most of the time, we’re out back where the actual work happens. We take big blocks of stone and turn them into something people can use for their floors or counters. It’s heavy, tiring work. We have a crew of guys who have been with us for a long time. We all know the routine. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend hours fixing them. Other days everything runs smooth and we get a lot done. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or they just see the yard when they’re passing through Mankammathota. We sell to local contractors and homeowners mostly. They come in, check the finish on the granite, and we figure out the delivery. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just trying to make good granite slabs and keep the business running. It’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
