Shree Shantinath Granite World

We are right on the Nagole Ring Road at Plot No. 8, just across from Mamta Nagar. You can't really miss it because of all the stone leaning against the walls. The traffic out there is always moving fast and it gets noisy. We spend a lot of time out in the sun moving granite slabs around. Some of them have really interesting veins and colors. Every piece is a bit different. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets cluttered when a big shipment comes in from the quarry. We have a small crew here. We mostly just talk about the stone and where it’s going. Customers come by and walk through the rows. We tell them which ones are harder and which ones might stain easier. It’s just honest talk. We don't use any fancy sales tricks. The dust from the cutters gets everywhere, even inside our water bottles if we aren't careful. We've been at this spot opposite Mamta Nagar for a good while. The neighbors know us well. Sometimes we help each other out with moving stuff. In the evenings, we hose down the area to get rid of the grit. It’s a lot of physical effort to keep this place running. We just focus on the slabs and getting the measurements right for the people who buy from us. It’s a basic life at Plot No. 8, just working with stone every day.
