Sri Tulsi Marbles

Sri Tulsi Marbles is located at Plot No. 15 on the Nagole Ring Road. We are pretty close to the Venkateswara Temple, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The Ring Road is always humming with traffic, which makes the yard a bit noisy, but we are used to it. We deal mostly in marble slabs. We’ve got a small office at the front where we keep the paperwork, but you’ll usually find us out back with the stone. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't use any high-tech gadgets to sell our stuff. People come in, they look at the patterns in the marble, and we talk about the price. It’s a simple way of doing things that has worked for us for a long time. The marble comes in from different places and we spend our time sorting it and making sure it’s stored safely. It’s easy to chip the corners if you aren't careful with the forklift. We have a lot of local contractors who stop by regularly. They know us and we know them. It’s a small community of stone workers around here. We just want to keep the yard running and provide for our families. That’s enough for us. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a bit. It makes the day go by a little faster. We keep a cooler of water in the shade for anyone who is working out in the sun. It’s a basic setup, but it’s ours and we’ve worked hard to keep it going this long.
