Sri Rama Stone Crushers is located out on Nasar School Road in the Gachibowli area. We have our yard at Plot 79, which is part of Survey Number 50 in Janardhana Hills. It is a very industrial kind of place. If you come by, you’ll hear the noise of the crushers from a distance. We take big rocks and break them down into smaller pieces that people use for making roads or pouring concrete. It is a very dusty environment and everything we own seems to have a thin layer of gray powder on it. We have a few big machines that we have to maintain constantly. When one of them breaks, the whole day stops until we can get it fixed. Our crew is used to the hard work. We aren't sitting in an air-conditioned office; we are out there with the machines. Most of our customers are builders from around Hyderabad who need material delivered to their sites. We don't do any fancy promotions. People just know we are here on the school road. Sometimes the trucks get backed up waiting to be loaded, especially in the mornings. We just try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It is a rough and tumble business, but someone has to do it so the city can keep growing. We’ve been at this spot in Janardhana Hills for quite some time now and it's home.
