Sikhwal Granites is right over here at Plot No 24B in Balaji Nagar. If you know where Kamineni Hospital is in L B Nagar, you’ve probably driven past us plenty of times. We’ve been set up at this spot for some years now. It’s a busy area and the traffic can get a bit much during the day, but we like being here. When you walk into the yard, you’ll mostly see stacks of granite slabs leaning against each other. It’s not a fancy showroom with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we keep our stock and talk to people about what they need for their floors or counters. The sun hits the slabs in the afternoon and you can really see the patterns then. We handle everything from the basic grey stones to the ones with more color. Most of the folks who come by are local contractors or families living nearby who are fixing up a kitchen. We try to keep things simple. If we have it in stock, we tell you. If we don’t, we don’t try to sell you something else that won't work. Sometimes it’s noisy with the loading and unloading going on, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a reliable one where you can see the stone before you buy it.
