Shree Raj Granites

Our yard is over at 73, Kamalapuri Colony Extn., right in the Srinagar Colony area near Panjagutta. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in and out most of the time. Shree Raj Granites has been here for a good bit now. We spend most of our day moving slabs around and checking the stock we have out back. It’s dusty work, so we don't wear anything fancy. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We know the neighbors in Panjagutta pretty well by now. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit messy in the yard, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't really into big sales pitches or shiny brochures. If someone needs stone, they come by and look at what’s available on the racks. It’s pretty straightforward. We keep our coffee pot going in the small office area near the entrance. It’s not a quiet place, especially when the cutting saws are running, but that's just how it is. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the piles of granite get a bit high. It’s a family-run kind of setup, so things feel a bit more relaxed than a big corporate office. We just focus on getting the slabs loaded up and sent off to wherever they need to go. That’s our day, every day, from early morning until the sun goes down.
