All Rich Dairy

The morning starts very early for us at 16/1/485/11/B in Saidabad. Usually, the sky is still dark when we arrive to get everything ready. It is a quiet time in the neighborhood before the buses and cars start making noise. We spend a lot of time handling the milk crates and making sure the cold storage is running like it should. It is a lot of heavy lifting and the floors are almost always a little bit wet from the cleaning we do. Saidabad is a good place to be, and we have been at this specific spot for quite some time now. You get to know the regulars who come by for their daily supplies. They do not say much, just a nod and they are on their way. We do not have any big flashy signs or anything like that. Just the building and the work that needs doing. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late and we just sit on the crates and wait, watching the sun come up over the rooftops. It is a routine that does not change much from Monday to Sunday. By the time the afternoon heat hits, we are usually done with the main part of the work and just keeping things tidy. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough that the days go by pretty fast without us even noticing the time. We just focus on the daily tasks and the next delivery.
