We run the Baskin Robbins franchise office from Punjagutta. We are tucked away right behind R.K Plaza, which is a busy landmark in this part of Hyderabad. Working with ice cream sounds fun, but on the office side, it’s mostly logistics and managing the different outlets. We spend a lot of time looking at inventory lists and making sure the freezers are working everywhere they should be. The office is at 6-3-709/A/8, and it’s a bit of a maze to find us if you’re not looking closely. It’s a regular workspace where we handle the paperwork that keeps the scoops moving. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we just make sure people can get their favorite flavors without any hassle. The team here is small. We share a few rooms and a lot of coffee. Dealing with suppliers and delivery schedules is what takes up our mornings. In the afternoons, we usually catch up on emails and talk to the store managers. It gets a bit hectic during the summer months for obvious reasons. We’ve been in this location for a while because it’s central and lets us reach most parts of the city fairly easily. It's not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we put in the hours to keep the business running smoothly. We try to stay organized even when the orders start piling up and the phones keep ringing.
