Elysian Ice Cream Parlour

Our ice cream parlour is sitting right on Hyderguda Main Road in Hyderabad. We are at number 3-6-292, directly opposite the Apollo Hospital. It is a busy stretch of road between Hyderguda and Basheer Bagh. We get all sorts of people coming in through the door. Some are visiting the hospital and need a break, and others are just walking by and want something cold to eat. Hyderabad can get incredibly hot in the summer, so the shop is usually a bit of a refuge from the sun. We have different flavors in the freezer, nothing too wild, just the ones people usually ask for. The place is not very big, just a few spots to sit and eat your scoop. We keep the floor clean and the lights on until late in the evening. Most of the staff lives nearby in the 500029 area. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the demand for ice cream stays about the same. Families come in after dinner sometimes, especially on the weekends when it is a bit more relaxed. We do not do any fancy marketing or advertising. The sign outside is enough for people to know what we have. It is a simple business. We scoop the ice cream, hand it over, and people go on their way. It is nice to see kids getting excited about a simple cone.
