We run things out of Flat No.401 in the Aditya Arcade. It’s located in Tirumala Nagar, and we are very close to the Anjaneya Swamy Temple. You can usually hear the temple bells in the morning when we are getting things ready. Our main thing is curd. We deal with containers, milk, and the whole process of getting it set just right. It’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy crates around. The arcade can get a bit crowded, especially with people going to the temple, but we have our routine. We start very early, often before the sun is even up, because people want their curd fresh for the day. It’s not a high-tech operation. We rely on the temperature being right and the timing being perfect. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle with the traffic in Tirumala Nagar, but we usually make it work. The smell of fresh dairy is pretty much stuck in our clothes now. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business. We keep the flat clean because that’s the most important thing with food. It’s a straightforward job without much fuss. If you’re around the temple and walk toward Aditya Arcade, you’ll probably see our crates stacked up outside. We just focus on getting the product out to the neighborhood every single morning. It is hard work, but someone has to do it for the breakfast rush.
