We are tucked away in New Maruthi Nagar at Plot 82. The house number is 1-5-997, which can be a little confusing for delivery people who haven't been to this part of Chaitanyapuri before. Saroornagar is a busy district, but our little corner in R. R. District is mostly houses mixed with small offices like ours. At Rtec Management Solutions, the day usually starts with a lot of emails and phone calls. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of workers in suits. It is just us in a regular room with a few computers and a lot of determination. We handle various management tasks, which means we are often buried under spreadsheets or trying to organize schedules for other people. The printer makes a loud clicking noise that we have promised to fix for months. Sometimes we work late into the evening, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood settling down outside. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you will just see us working at our desks. It is a practical environment. We focus on getting the tasks done without a lot of talking. We like being in Chaitanyapuri because everything we need is close by. It is a straightforward life. We do the work, keep our clients happy in our own way, and try to keep the office organized even when the paperwork starts piling up on the floor.
