Being on the third floor means we have to use the lift, which sometimes has a mind of its own. Indira Arcade is a building with a lot of different small businesses and offices, so there is always someone new in the hallways. It is a typical Hyderabad office environment where things are busy and a bit loud. Inside our flat, we have set up the space to fit our needs. It isn't a showroom or anything like that. There are just desks, a few old chairs, and some stacks of files that we haven't sorted through yet. We try to stay on top of the work, but there is always something more to do. The view from the window is just other buildings and the street below. We get a lot of sun in the afternoon, so it can get quite warm in the office. A I R is just the name on our door. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to do our job and keep things moving. It is a straightforward way of working in a city that is always on the go. We usually drink a lot of chai to keep our energy up throughout the long day. It is just how we operate.
