A Customer Service

We are located over in Malakpet, specifically on the second floor of the building at Zaina Pts. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for it, but once you get up to the second floor, you’ll see A Customer Service. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for quite a while now. Most days it's just the phones ringing and us trying to sort out whatever problems people are having. It gets pretty loud in here sometimes because there are always a few of us talking at once. We don't have a big sign or anything like that, just a regular office where we do our thing. The address is 16-3-999, which is easy enough to remember once you’ve been here once. We aren't trying to be some giant company, we just provide the support people ask for. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so most of us just take the stairs to the second floor anyway. It's good exercise I guess. We work through the pile of tickets and calls every morning. There isn't much to say about us other than we show up and do the work. The area around here is always moving, and we are just one part of it. If you need to find us, just look for the Zaina building in Malakpet. We’re usually here until late most evenings getting things finished up. We usually keep a few boxes of biscuits around for when the hunger hits in the afternoon.
