K L Facility Management Services is located over at D. No Plot No 7 in Mahalakshmi Enclave. If you know the area, we’re right behind Chandra Reddy Garden in Kompally. It’s a pretty quiet spot most of the time, which is nice when we’re trying to organize everything. We’ve been working out of this part of Ranga Reddy Dist for a few years. It’s mostly just us coordinating teams who go out to different buildings to handle maintenance and cleaning. The office is usually piled up with clipboards, cleaning supplies, and some spare parts for various repairs. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones making sure everyone is where they should be. Sometimes things don't go right—a pipe bursts somewhere or a crew is late because of the traffic on the main road—and we have to fix it fast. It's a lot of logistics and not much glamour. We didn't start this to get famous; we just saw that buildings always need someone to look after them. The weather gets really hot here, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the day. We’re just local people trying to keep things running smoothly for the offices and apartments we look after. It’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of sweat, but it's what we do every day.
