A Hr Consulting Company

We are an HR consulting company based over in Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. It’s a straightforward setup we have here. We don't have a flashy office in the big tech parks; we prefer being in a more regular part of town like Malkajgiri. It keeps us grounded. The office is usually a bit messy with printouts and folders, but we know where everything is. We spend our time talking to people looking for work and companies that need some help with their staff. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails every day. Hyderabad is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand in our own way. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon or big promises. We just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes people find it hard to navigate Malkajgiri if they aren't from here, but once you find us, it's pretty relaxed. We have a couple of rooms where we do interviews and a small area for waiting. It’s not much, but it’s enough for what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest consultancy out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We just show up every morning, turn on the lights, and get through the list of things to do.
