Restile Ceramics Ltd. is tucked away on the 3rd floor of Varun Towers in Begumpet. If you know the 1-10-177 plot, that is exactly where we are. Working on the third floor means we get a decent view of the traffic crawling along the main road, which is usually a mess during rush hour. Our space is mostly filled with tile samples of all shapes and sizes. They are heavy, so moving them around for people to see is a bit of a workout every single day. The office isn't exactly modern or sleek, but it works for what we need. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of shelving units that are probably holding more weight than they should. Most of our morning is spent on the phone talking to the warehouse or checking on delivery schedules. It gets a bit chaotic when a lot of samples arrive at once because there is never enough floor space to put them all. We try to keep things organized, but when you are dealing with ceramics, there is always a bit of grit and dust around. People stop by to look at colors and textures, and we just let them wander through the rows of samples. It is a quiet place for the most part, except when the lift is making noise or the traffic outside gets particularly loud. We just keep at it.
