We are located on the 4th floor of Sneha House, which is right on Road No 3 in Banjara Hills. It’s a very busy area, and being up on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a break from the constant noise of the street traffic below. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where all the daily decisions happen. We spend most of the day on the phone talking to the quarries or checking on where our latest shipments are located. There’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with, like hand-signed invoices and transport permits for the trucks. We have some smaller samples here in the office, but most of our actual stock is kept in a yard elsewhere because stone is just too heavy to keep on the fourth floor of an office building. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we all end up doing a bit of everything during the day. One minute I’m talking to a customer about a slab, and the next I’m trying to fix the old printer or sorting out a delivery issue with a driver. We have been operating out of this Sneha House address for quite some time now. People in the city know us as the place to call when they need a specific type of stone. We don't use fancy words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just handle the business and make sure the orders get to where they need to go.
