We've been here on Nacharam Road for quite some time now. People usually find us easily because we're at 1-896-125-2. It’s just P M D Tiles Co., nothing fancy about it. We mostly spend our days moving heavy boxes around and showing people what we have in stock. The shop isn't huge but it stays busy enough with folks from the neighborhood dropping by to see what's new. It gets dusty sometimes because of all the tiles, but that’s just part of the job. My cousin helps out when things get really crowded, and we mostly just talk to customers about what they actually need for their floors. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign while driving down the road. Some days are slow, which is fine, gives us time to clean up and organize the back room. We have different colors and sizes sitting around in stacks. It's a straightforward business. We open up early, drink some tea, and wait for the first customer of the day. If you’re looking for tiles and you happen to be near Nacharam Road, you’ll probably see us. We don't have a big corporate office or a call center. It's just us here, making sure the orders are right and the tiles don't break during loading. That's pretty much the whole story of P M D Tiles Co. No big secrets or complicated systems. We just sell tiles and try to keep things moving.
