Our office is located at 107 Park Lane, up on the first floor of the Jain Estate building. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here quite a while. We spend our days dealing with tiles and marble, mostly coordinating things between the warehouse and the people who need them. The office is usually full of catalogs and loose tile samples that we use to show the colors. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up on every surface. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and homeowners who are trying to finish their projects. Dealing with stone and tiles means there are always details to check, like batch numbers or delivery times. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are hiccups with the transport, which is just part of the industry we work in. We aren't big on using polished language or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a group of people working out of Jain Estate who know our products. If you come up the stairs, you’ll probably find us on the phone or looking over a floor plan. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic on Park Lane, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on getting the right materials to the right sites without making a big fuss about it. It’s what we do every day and it keeps us occupied during the week.
