Our place is in the Smr Symphony building, C-319, right in Gachibowli. If you know Hyderabad, you know Gachibowli is where everything is happening these days. We deal with ceramics. Mostly tiles and things like that for bathrooms and kitchens. It’s a lot of looking at patterns and checking for cracks. Ceramic is fragile stuff, so we have to be careful how we handle it. The office is in a nice spot, but we’re usually too busy with paperwork and orders to look out the window much. We see a lot of people moving into the new apartments around here. They all want something different for their floors. We try to keep a variety of things available. It’s not always easy keeping everything in stock when everyone wants the same thing at once. We’ve had some long days trying to get shipments sorted out. The team here is small. We’ve worked together long enough that we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. It’s a practical business. We don't go for the hard sell. We just show people what we have and let them decide. Gachibowli-500032 is a fast-paced area, and we’re just trying to keep our corner of it running smoothly. Sometimes we get a bit behind, but we always catch up. It’s just how it goes when you’re working with physical goods like tiles. We prefer just being helpful without any extra fuss or noise.
