If you look for Hemanth Marble Depot, you will find us at Plot 7 in Maheshnagar Colony, right across from the ETDC office in the ECIL area. We have a large yard where we keep a wide variety of marble. It’s an outdoor setup, so you get to see the stone in the natural light, which is really the best way to pick it. We spend our days organizing the slabs and helping people find exactly what they want for their floors or walls. It’s a dusty job, and we are usually wearing work boots and old clothes. Moving these heavy slabs requires a lot of care and some heavy equipment, so it’s never a dull moment around here. We get a lot of local families coming in who are building their first home. They often have a lot of questions, and we just try to answer them based on what we’ve seen over the years. The ECIL area has changed quite a bit since we first opened, with a lot more houses popping up everywhere. We like being part of that growth. We don't have any flashy advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or just see the sign when they are driving past Maheshnagar Colony. It’s a straightforward business where we just let the quality of the marble do the talking for us. It is hard work, but we take it one slab at a time.
