Epic Granite Exports

We've been here on SD Road for a while now, right across from the Kotak Mahindra Bank. Most people find us easily because of the big slabs sitting out. It's a busy spot, really. We mostly deal with granite. It’s heavy work, moving those blocks around and getting them ready for whoever bought them. We spend most of our mornings just sorting through what arrived on the last truck. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but we stay open regardless. There’s a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but we’re used to it after all these years. People stop by to look at colors or ask about prices for their home projects. We don't have a fancy showroom, just the yard and the office. It's dusty, but that's just how it is with stone work. My cousin helps out with the loading when it gets busy. We try to keep things organized, though it gets messy when a big shipment comes in. If you're walking near the bank, you’ll see our front gate. We usually keep a few samples of the darker stones near the front since those are popular lately. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. My hands are usually covered in grit by lunch time. We just focus on getting the granite out. Sometimes we have scraps left over that locals take for small garden projects. It's just a regular local shop. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. We just keep doing our thing.
