Regency Tiles

Our place is over in Abids, right in N. N. House on Chirag Ali Lane. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded and there’s a lot of noise from the traffic outside. We deal with tiles, mostly for floors and walls. The shop is filled with different patterns and sizes, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped because we try to show as much variety as we can to anyone who walks in. We’ve been in this specific lane for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out how many boxes they need or explaining why one finish is different from another. It’s not a high-tech setup; we use mostly ledgers and a basic computer for the bills. Some days are slow, and we just sit around drinking tea while we wait, but then three customers walk in at once and it gets loud and busy very fast. Tiles are tricky because they can break if you look at them wrong, so we are always reminding the guys to be careful during loading and unloading. We get all sorts of people coming in, from homeowners doing a small repair to contractors who have been buying from us for years. It’s a bit of a maze back in the storage area with all the boxes stacked up high. We like being in Abids because everything is close by, even if the parking is a nightmare for everyone. We just keep doing what we do.
