Chamunda Granite & Marble

We are located at 7-12-466 in the Margadarsi Colony area of Kothapet. Chamunda Granite & Marble is mostly just a big yard where we keep the slabs. Every morning, we open up and start moving things around to make space for whatever is coming in next. The sun really beats down on the stone here, which makes the granite hot to touch by noon. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat or ask about the different colors we have leaning against the walls. It’s not a quiet place because of the heavy trucks and the noise from the street outside. We have been in Kothapet for quite some time now, so most people around here know where to find us. The inventory changes every few weeks depending on what we can get our hands on. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and getting our hands dirty with stone dust. We try to keep things organized, but when a new shipment arrives, the whole place turns into a bit of a maze. The marble pieces are especially tricky because they can be a bit fragile if you aren’t careful with the crane. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in off the street or helping the drivers load up their orders. It’s just how things go here at 7-12-466. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just a desk and a lot of stone.
