Banjara Marble & Granites

Our place is located at Door Number 236 in Kamalapuri Colony, which is over in the Srinagar area. Banjara Marble & Granites is a small business where we handle mostly natural stones like marble and granite slabs. The colony is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which makes it easier for people to come and spend some time looking at what we have. We keep a variety of stones stacked up, and it takes a lot of effort to keep everything sorted. Some days are just spent moving things around to make room for new arrivals. We aren't a big company with many branches; it's just this one spot where we do all our work. We get a lot of people from around Srinagar looking for stuff for their new houses. We don't really do much fancy talk, we just show the stone and tell them how much is available. The yard can get a bit messy with stone chips and dust, but we try to keep it decent. We have been in Kamalapuri Colony for a while now and feel like a part of the neighborhood. It’s a hands-on job and we are usually tired by the end of the day, but that’s just the nature of working with heavy stone. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to whoever stops by our door for a look.
