Our place is over at Plot No 166 in Phase 3 of Kamalapuri Colony. If you know where the Indian Petrol Pump is, we’re right near there. It makes it easy for the trucks to find us when they’re bringing in new loads. Archean Marbles & Tiles Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a bit. We keep a lot of tiles and slabs around the yard. It can get a bit crowded when a big shipment comes in. We mostly spend our time moving crates and showing people what’s available. The colony is usually quiet, but our corner gets a lot of activity. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, we just want to have enough stock so people don’t have to wait. It’s dusty work, and my boots are always covered in grit from the marble. We have a variety of patterns, some plain and some with more veins. People come by looking for something specific for their floors or kitchens. We just show them what we have in the back. No fancy sales talk here. If the tile looks good and the price is fair, people take it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Being near the petrol pump is handy for directions. Just tell them to turn at the pump and look for the stone slabs. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
