Anjalee Granites

I started Anjalee Granites a while back here in Phase III of Kamalapuri Colony. It’s mostly just a yard filled with different types of stone. People come by looking for kitchen tops or flooring stuff for their homes. We spend most days moving heavy slabs around and talking to contractors who need specific sizes for their projects. It gets quite dusty, and the noise from the cutters is almost constant, but that's just part of the job. We aren't some big, fancy showroom with bright lights and coffee machines. It’s more of a practical place where you see the raw material exactly as it is. Some days are slow, and we just tidy up the stacks, while other days the trucks are coming in and out non-stop. Kamalapuri is a quiet enough spot usually, so we try not to make too much of a mess on the road. We keep a variety of colors in stock because it seems everyone wants something a little different for their house. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and measuring twice to make sure it’s right. If you walk into the yard at 148, you’ll probably find one of us covered in stone dust and looking a bit tired. We’ve been around here long enough that most of the neighbors know our faces. There isn't much to say other than we work with granite every single day. We just try to get the pieces cut and loaded onto the trucks without any chips.
