Unbound Estates LLP is located at 216, G T Road (N) in Uluberia. This is out in the Howrah district, so it has a different feel than the middle of Kolkata. Being on the Grand Trunk Road means there are always trucks and long-distance buses moving past our front door. It can get a bit dusty because of all the traffic, but that is just part of life here in West Bengal-711107. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle land and estate matters. It is not a place with glass walls or modern art. We have sturdy desks and old-fashioned filing cabinets that hold all our records. Much of our time is spent travelling to nearby sites, so the office is often a place to just sit down and catch up on the administrative side of things. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. The people who work here are mostly from the local area, so we know the geography of Uluberia quite well. We don't put on any acts for our visitors. If you come by, you'll probably find us mid-conversation about a boundary line or a tax document. It is practical work that requires a lot of patience, especially when dealing with the heat and the constant hum of the highway right outside our window.
