UAN PROPERTIES LLP

We operate out of Flat 21, Block A on the 2nd floor at 13 Watkins Lane in Howrah. It’s located in the Bally Jagachha area. It’s more of a residential-style building, so the office feels pretty homey. We handle property stuff, so we spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to live or invest. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise in every day. The office has a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who drop by. It’s not a big corporate space at all. We have some basic wooden furniture and a few ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Since we’re in Howrah, the vibe is a bit different than the main city side. It’s a bit more laid back, but still busy. We know most of the people in the building. Sometimes we just sit and talk over tea for a while before getting back to the paperwork. We don't have a big staff, just a handful of us who know how things run. The light in the afternoons is quite nice in this flat. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we deal with. It’s just a regular local office where we do our best to keep everything organized and moving forward.
