We work out of Flat No. D on the third floor of Jagarnath Apartment. It’s at 11, S C Chatterjee Street in the Belurmath area of Howrah. Talentpro India Hr Pvt. Ltd is a place where we handle a lot of human resources tasks every day. Being in an apartment building means we have to walk up a few flights of stairs, which definitely keeps us moving throughout the week. The office itself is pretty simple—just some tables, chairs, and a lot of computers. We handle payroll and staffing details for different companies, so there is always a lot of data to check. Howrah is a busy district, and our street can get quite crowded with people and rickshaws at all hours. Inside the flat, it’s relatively quiet, which helps us concentrate on the spreadsheets and files. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a break room with a pool table or anything like that. We just have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. Sometimes the rain in West Bengal makes things a bit damp, but we keep the files tucked away in metal cabinets. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it works for us. Most of the staff live nearby, so we don't have long commutes to worry about. It’s just a regular job in a regular neighborhood. We focus on getting the details right for our clients.
