We are tucked away on Kali Kundu Lane in Howrah. If you know the area, you know the streets can get a bit narrow and crowded, but it’s home for us. Our building at 47/1/1 is where we do all our consulting work. It isn't a place with a big neon sign or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, it is just one of us opening the door when someone knocks. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now, handling whatever comes our way. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quiet compared to the main roads. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important to the people who come to see us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, chatting until the lights come back on. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help businesses figure out their problems. It’s practical, hands-on stuff. We’ve got old wooden desks and a few chairs for visitors. People from around Howrah know us, and we like being part of the local scene here. It’s a simple operation, run by people who grew up around these parts and understand how things actually work on the ground without all the corporate polish.
