We are located in Biradingi, right near the Netajigarh post office in Howrah. This part of town has its own pace and it can get quite loud during the day. Working in business process outsourcing means there is always something happening on the screens. It’s a lot of data entry and talking to people on the phones for hours. The office is purely functional. We don't have those expensive glass walls or designer furniture. Just basic desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires under the tables. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time, but you get used to it. The local area is quite busy, and getting here in the morning can be a bit of a trek depending on the traffic over the bridge. We’ve been here in 711108 for a while. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living and working in Howrah. We have a small team of people who have been here since the office first opened. We usually share our lunch in the small break area in the back. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We just try to stay on top of the piles of work that come in every day. It’s a simple operation really. We show up, do the hours, and then head home. That's how it goes for us here.
