Shuvra Developers Private Limited

Our office is basically out of a house in Uttar Jhapardah, over in the Howrah side. It belongs to Rajendra Nath Ghosh, house number 0023. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It is more of a practical setup where we handle all the Shuvra Developers business. Being in Howrah means we are away from the main rush of Kolkata, which is nice sometimes, though the roads can be a bit rough after the rains. We handle local development projects, mostly small stuff around this area. You can find us near plot 2018 and 2019. It’s a quiet neighborhood, mostly residential. We started this because we saw a lot of empty plots that needed work. Our team is small, just a couple of us who know the local land laws and how to get things built. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine. We usually just drink tea made in the kitchen. Most of the time we are out on site anyway, checking on the workers or looking at materials. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit muddy and tiring. We just want to make sure the houses we work on actually stand up and look decent. People around here know us by name, so we can't really afford to do a bad job. It is just how life is in this part of West Bengal, making things happen one project at a time.
