Shree Balaji Traders

We are Shree Balaji Traders and you can find us at No. 9 Watkins Lane. We are on the ground floor, which makes it a lot easier for moving goods in and out without having to deal with stairs. Watkins Lane is a narrow little place and it can get quite cramped when a delivery truck is parked out front. Our shop is filled with all kinds of stuff depending on what we are trading that week. It’s not the most organized place in the world, as there are usually crates or sacks stacked up near the entrance. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the books and take calls. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the quality of what comes in. It is a dusty kind of job, and your hands are rarely clean by the end of the shift. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the ground floor has its perks, like staying a bit cooler than the upper levels. We don't use any fancy software or big systems; we just write things down and make sure the numbers add up. People stop by to see what we have in stock, and we usually have time for a quick chat and maybe a tea. It is a very basic way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. We just open up every morning and see what the day brings.
