Our office is situated in Uttar Baksara, right in the Deshbandhu Colony area of Jagacha. We are located at Bipasa Podder’s place. It’s a very local, residential kind of setting which suits us just fine. Being in Howrah, specifically this part of Jagacha, means we are very connected to the community here. SHIKHA ENCLAVE DEVELOPER is all about building up the local area. We don't act like a big corporate firm. We are just local people who know about land and construction. We spend our time talking to people who want to develop their property or find a new home in the neighborhood. It is a lot of talking and a lot of walking around different sites. The weather in Howrah can be really humid, which makes the site visits tiring, but it is part of the life we chose. We handle the paperwork, the permits, and the actual building process. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to do it within a reasonable time. The colony is a friendly place, and we like that our business is part of that. We aren't looking to become some massive developer across the whole country; we just want to do good work right here in our own community where we live and work every day.
