This is Sarmita Developers Llp. We are based out of Latibpur and you can find us care of Sumanta Chandra. It’s a bit different out here compared to the middle of the city. We do development work which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out what can be done with it. It is not always easy and there are plenty of days where we are just stuck dealing with paperwork or waiting for things to clear. Our setup is pretty basic. We don’t really go in for anything too flashy. We just have a place where we can sit down and talk about the projects we have going on. Usually, it is just a couple of us handling everything. We know the local area well since we are right here in Latibpur. It helps to be close to where the work is actually happening. We deal with a lot of local folks and try to keep things straightforward. Sometimes the days are long and we are out in the sun for hours checking on progress. Other times we are just in the office trying to organize the schedule for the next week. It is a lot of small tasks that eventually add up to a finished project. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure we are doing a decent job for the people we work with.
