Benaras Road is where you’ll find us, specifically near the C.T.I More bus stop in Netaji Garh. It’s a lively part of the city, and there’s always a lot of movement. The bus stop is a major point for the locals, so there’s a steady stream of people walking past our doors. We deal with various types of equipment here. The shop is a bit of a mix of things, with some items sitting out front and more tucked away in the back. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the traffic and the buses pulling up every few minutes. We’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. Inside, the shelves are pretty packed, and there’s always something that needs to be moved or checked. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and helping whoever walks in. The flooring is a bit worn down from moving heavy stuff around, but it’s sturdy. Netaji Garh has its own character, and being on Benaras Road means we see a bit of everything. We keep our hours fairly standard and try to get things done without too much fuss. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. Most days are just about managing the inventory and making sure the equipment is ready when someone needs it. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in a busy neighborhood.
