Oversure Builders Llp operates out of Jindal Tower in Bally. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 301, Block-C. Our building is at 1, Kundan Bye Lane, which is right near the Hanuman Mandir. It’s a good landmark to give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it feels a bit like a home. We have a kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. Most of our time is spent managing building sites across the region. We have folders and blueprints stacked up on the dining table. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is. The noise from the temple can be heard when there is a festival, which is actually quite nice. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. Being in Bally means we are close to the bridge and can get around fairly well, though traffic is always a headache. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the construction business. We don't promise anything crazy or use fancy words. We just look at the plans and try to get the bricks and mortar where they need to go. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we get it done.
