Mandobi Developers LLP is located over in Salkia, which is a part of Howrah that's always crowded and full of life. We are at 2/1 Ghosh Para Lane, right at LP 19/15. If you know the area, you know how narrow some of these lanes can be. It makes getting materials in and out a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but we manage. Howrah is a place with a lot of history and old buildings, and working as developers here means we see a lot of that firsthand. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. It’s just us doing the daily work, talking to contractors, and looking at sites. Most of our days are spent on the move, walking between different spots in Salkia or dealing with things over in the main part of Howrah. The humidity can be pretty rough during the summer months, and the monsoon turns everything into a bit of a mess, but that’s just life here. We’ve seen Ghosh Para Lane change over the years, with new things popping up where old ones used to be. We just try to do our part in that process. It’s not always glamorous, and there’s a lot of sweat involved, but we like being part of the local scene. We’re just regular people working in a busy part of town, trying to get things built right so they actually last.
