Jayshri Electric Works

You can find us over at 226/1 Belilious Road, right across from N.D. College. The shop is called Jayshri Electric Works. We’ve been doing electrical repairs and motor winding here for years. It’s a busy street, and the college kids are always walking by. Inside the shop, it’s mostly copper wire and old motors waiting to be fixed. We take things apart, find out why they stopped spinning, and put them back together again. It’s dusty work and your hands get dirty with oil, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a website or a big staff. It’s just a few of us who have been working with wires our whole lives. People bring us their fans, pumps, and industrial motors when they break down. We don’t promise miracles, we just try to get things running again so people can get back to their own work. The shop is small and sometimes we have to stack things on the sidewalk when it gets too full inside. We know most of the shop owners on Belilious Road. We have our tea together in the mornings before the real work starts. It’s a simple life. We don’t use any corporate talk here. We just tell you what’s wrong with your machine and how long it’ll take us to fix it for you. We just keep at it every day.
