Our office is out in Vill-Uttor Doral, which is part of the Kushmul area in Uluberia, Howrah. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, but it is where we are based. Avion Systems Pvt.Ltd has been running from here for some time. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities. We have a modest setup in a building that looks like the others in the village. Most of our work is technical and we spend a lot of time looking at parts or typing on keyboards. It’s not a polished tech office, just a place where we get things fixed and managed. The air is a bit fresher here than in the middle of Howrah town. We have a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, so we have a backup generator to keep the computers running. We do our best to stay on top of the orders and the technical support. People from the nearby areas come to us when they need help with their systems. It is a straightforward business and we don't try to be anything we are not. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure the customers are satisfied with what we do. It’s an honest way to earn a living in West Bengal, and we plan to stay here for a long time. It works for us.
