A . M Enterprise is situated at 37, Dr. Abani Dutta Road, which is in the Salkia area. It is an older part of the city where the roads are narrow and the buildings are packed close together. Our office is not very large, but it has everything we need to keep things running. We do not have a big sign or any fancy lights outside. Most of our work involves managing orders and keeping track of our supplies. The walls inside are covered with calendars and notes that we have tacked up over the years. It is a bit of a cluttered space, but we know where everything is. Salkia is always loud with the sounds of people and vehicles, and that energy flows right into our workspace. We do not try to act like a big corporation. We are just local people who have been working on Dr. Abani Dutta Road for a long time. Some days the work is slow and we spend time talking to the other shop owners nearby. Other days are a complete rush and we barely have time to sit down. We do not have a professional cleaning crew, so we take turns sweeping the floor and keeping things tidy. It is an honest way to spend the day, and we appreciate the fact that we have been able to stay in this neighborhood for so long. It is just a simple business with a dedicated group of people behind it.
