Our office for Aunnatya Developers Private Limited is located on the second floor of 4/1 Kalupara Lane in the Bandhaghat area of Salkia. If you know the Howrah side, you know that the lanes can be quite tight and busy. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street life below. We are property developers, which means we spend our time planning and overseeing new buildings in this crowded part of the world. It isn't a glamorous job. There is a lot of talking to local officials and making sure the supplies can actually fit through the lane to get to the site. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just a functional space where we drink a lot of coffee and look at maps. Salkia is a place with a lot of history, and we try to work within that reality. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are stressful when there are delays with the materials, but we have learned to be patient. We are local people who understand how things work in Howrah. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on the work we do and the people who see it. It is a straightforward way of doing business, and it works for us here in Kalupara Lane.
