You can find Anjaneeputra Developers Private Limited at Pathak House. We are on Netaji Subhas Road in Liluah. It is a busy part of Howrah and there is always something going on outside our door. The office is 25/4 and it is pretty packed with stuff. We have samples of bricks and paint everywhere. It’s just how we work. My father started this and now I’m helping run things with a couple of other guys. We aren't big on titles or formal stuff here. If a truck of materials shows up late, we are the ones who have to go out and sort it. It gets quite dusty because of all the traffic and the construction work nearby. We try to keep the place tidy but it’s a losing battle most days. We mostly work on small apartment buildings for people in the neighborhood. We know the local families and what they are looking for in a home. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with tall talk. We just tell you what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or labor issues, but we always tell the truth about it. We drink a lot of chai while looking over the blueprints. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be building things in our own town. We keep it moving every single day.
