Amta Land Development Private Limited is based out of Balarampota Panchla in Uluberia. We are c/o Samim Molla at the address here in Howrah. The pin code is 711322. It’s a bit different being out here in West Bengal compared to the middle of the big city. Things move a little slower, which isn't always a bad thing. Our office is a simple setup where we keep track of our projects and meet with people from the local area. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel offices you see in the movies. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and talk. We deal with land matters, so we spend a fair bit of time looking at maps and checking records. The air is a bit different out here in Howrah. Sometimes we have to drive a bit to get into the city, but we mostly stay around here. The office is usually quiet unless there’s a big project going on. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the area well. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. It’s just the way it is when you’re busy. We’ve been around for a while and most people in the neighborhood know where Samim Molla’s place is. We just do our work and go about our business day by day without much celebration.
