We are located right across from Preet Kanda in the Krishan Vihar area of Hoshiarpur. It’s a decent spot, easy enough to explain to people when they call for directions. We do travel stuff, helping folks get where they need to go, whether it’s local or a bit further out. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you usually see the same faces every time you come in. The office is simple. We have some posters on the walls of places people like to visit, but mostly it’s just computers and ledgers. I spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to drivers. Traffic can be a mess. We spend time planning around it. We get a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who just drop by to see what prices are looking like. It’s nice to know people by name. We don’t have a big corporate setup, just a desk and a phone. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign off at night, but we’re usually there during the day. If you’re near Krishan Vihar, you’ll see us. We’ve been here for a bit now, just doing our thing. It’s not a complicated business, just making sure people get their tickets and their rides show up on time. That’s about it for us. It's nice when people send their friends to us because they had a good experience. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
