Being on Court Road means we get a lot of foot traffic from people heading to the District Court. It’s a busy part of Hoshiarpur. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, taking care of travel arrangements. It’s mostly passport work, visa help, and flight bookings. The lawyers and folks with court business often stop in because we’re so close. The office is a bit crowded with stacks of papers and old calendars, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical space. I usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while I work. We see all kinds of people every day. Some are nervous about their first big trip abroad, and others are just looking for a cheap domestic flight. We try to be straightforward with everyone. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. Sometimes the paperwork for visas takes forever, and we have to explain that to people. It’s just the way the system works. We drink a lot of chai here to keep going through the afternoon. If you’re down by the court, you can’t miss us. We don’t have any big flashy signs, just our name on the door. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet. We’re just local folks helping other locals get where they’re going. The courthouse keeps things moving, and we just try to keep up with the pace. It is a good way to spend the day.
