Our office is right in the Laxmi Cinema Market, which is basically across from the main bus stand here in Hoshiarpur. If you see the Punjab State Lottery stall, you're pretty much there. It gets noisy with all the buses coming and going, but it makes it easy for travelers to find us. We take care of bookings and car rentals. Sometimes we're dealing with people visiting family, other times it's folks heading out on a trip. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up schedules. I’ve lived in Hoshiarpur all my life, so I know the roads around here like the back of my hand. The market is always busy. We keep a stack of maps and brochures on the counter, though most people just ask us directly. Things can get a bit hectic during the festival seasons. Everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We just try to keep the bookings straight. It’s a small operation, mostly just us and the drivers. We make a lot of tea while we wait for the phones to ring. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to print a ticket, which is annoying. But we manage. If you are near the bus stand, just walk over. We're usually around from morning until evening. We’ve seen the market change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot today.
