You will find our office at House Number 15, which is part of the block from 1 to 27 in Dhargaon Village. It’s located in the Pipariya tehsil, right here in Hoshangabad. We are basically a group of farmers who decided to team up under the name Udayagiri. Living and working in a small village like Dhargaon means everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don’t have any bells and whistles in our office setup. It is just a plain room where we get together to talk about seed prices, the monsoon, and how we are going to handle the next big crop. Most of the people in this part of Madhya Pradesh have been farming their whole lives. We wanted to start this producer company so we could have a bit more say in how our stuff is sold. It is a lot of trial and error, to be honest. Some days things go exactly as planned, and other days it feels like every piece of equipment we own is breaking down at the same time. We don't have a marketing team or people in suits. We just talk to our neighbors face to face. If you come by, you will probably find one of us drinking tea and looking over some handwritten ledgers. It is a practical way to live, and it keeps us grounded in the reality of the soil. We just want to get through the year.
